Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Komatsu Australia Information Security portal at komatsu-security.com (the "Portal"), operated by Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd ("Komatsu", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Portal, you agree to these Terms and to Komatsu Australia's wider acceptable use and information security policies.

1. Authorised use

The Portal is provided for the use of Komatsu Australia employees, contractors, and other authorised personnel for the purposes of reporting security concerns, accessing security policies, and engaging with the Information Security team. You must not use the Portal for any purpose other than the purposes set out in these Terms or in your engagement with Komatsu.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for any actions taken under your Komatsu account. You must not share your account credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must report it to the Information Security team immediately on +61 2 9097 4700.

3. Acceptable conduct

You must not use the Portal in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with the Portal's operation, that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system, that submits knowingly false reports, or that violates Komatsu Australia's information security or acceptable use policies.

4. Confidentiality of incident information

Information about security incidents — including details of how attacks were detected, contained, or prevented — is treated as confidential. You must not disclose security incident information outside of authorised channels.

5. Intellectual property

The content of the Portal — including text, design, graphics, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Komatsu Limited and its affiliates. Komatsu, the Komatsu logo, and related marks are trademarks of Komatsu Ltd. and are used by Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd under licence.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Komatsu and its affiliates are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your access to or use of the Portal.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Portal.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with a revised "last updated" date.
